Founder & Creative Director

Hi, I’m Ashayla, a licensed esthetician and— the heart behind Gleaux4Real, where skincare meets self-care, and beauty starts within.

My journey into skincare began from a deeply personal place. Growing up with vitiligo, I struggled to find products that truly worked for my sensitive, melanated skin. So many formulas were harsh, unbalanced, or simply not made with people like me in mind. That challenge sparked a fire in me — to learn the science of skin, understand its sensitivity, and create a space where everyone feels seen, safe, and cared for.

Being raised by a nurse, I learned early how powerful it is to help people feel better in their own skin — literally and emotionally. That compassion shaped how I approach every client and every product I create.With a background in Natural Science and Business, I blend wellness and artistry to create an experience that goes deeper than skin — because real gleaux starts within. ✨
